About Us

My name is Kayla and I started Simply Sassafras in fall if 2023. I have always been interested in crafting of all kinds. One day I came across a video on how to make a wreath and I gave it a shot. I have been hooked ever since! 

I met Chase in early 2025 and we have a wonderful little family made up of us and our two dogs. Chase has always had a knack for woodworking and in mid 2026 he got the idea to add other home decor and houseware pieces to my little website. 

We thoroughly enjoy working together on projects and coming up with new designs. We hope you like our merchandise as much as we do!
